The Constitution provides that human beings must save brotherly behavior among themselves, or should fraternize, i.e. join and treated as brothers. The union is equivalent to join, ally, in order to deal with a common destiny, a same way, assume certain challenges or share causes or fights. Also, a brotherly treatment is recognized and accepted as if all were children of the same parents. Keep a brotherly behaviour among themselves leads the people to try with the affection that is a brother. Therefore, on the assumption that the fraternity is not supported deception, hatred, envy or hypocrisy. Rather, it is assumed the strengthening of a sense of belonging and the strengthening of ties of trust, camaraderie and cooperation.
